I am thinking to start a home gym and was wondering whats the best bar at good price for $150-300$

Mine is a Rogue economy bar. I got it for $200 and it's basically my favorite bar to lift with. It's got everything I could need. Rogue has tons of different bars and after my experience with mine I can vouch for their quality.

SORRY i forgot to ask can this be used for bench press, squat, deadlifts?

I get all my equipment from New York barbell. It has been extremely durable.

A 1,000 pound rated 7" bar for benching:

A bow bar for squatting. It is wider and curved, which helps us bigger guys save the shoulders:

My deadlift bar is a Texas deadlift bar. It is from EliteFTS and cost near $400 I think. You can use the 1,000 rated bar for this.
