Please critique form - deadlift
I've filmed my conventional deadlift and my sumo deadlift.

I can't seem to have more quad drive AND maintain my lower back straight. I just can't...

What advice would you offer me to improve my deadlift form and from the videos, which do you think is more better for me between the conventional and sumo?

From what i can see, on your conventional your hips shoot up a bit fast and i dont see anything wrong with the sumo really but I dont have very much experience critiquing form. Im sure someone with far more experience will help you out.

What about the back rounding? In sumo let's say (I feel more comfortable doing sumo to be honest).

You look very tight to me, and not in a good way. I won't critique the actual lift but will encourage you to do some hamstring and glute work.

You looked more comfortable doing sumo. When I saw you setting up for conventional my first thought was that maybe you had tight/weak hamstrings. I could be wrong, but as bamazav ^ said work on those hams and glutes. Just my $0.02.

What exercise would prove that my hams are weak? I can do 10+ reps in GHR with 25lbs plate, I could leg curl 80+kg for 10+ reps as well... If these are not staples of hamstring strength, then what exercises would you recommend to increase their strength?

Tight yes. Extremely tight and totally inflexible: more than yes!

Hams sound strong to me, I changed to sumo about a month ago because it felt more natural to me. Id say do what feels best, my conventional was 155 kg and the next week it was 170 kg sumo. This could be useful.

Sumo is more comfortable to me. I am 6 feet, long legs, but not that long of hands... Still, maybe I need to work more on my hip/glute/hams mobility.

I didn't really see an issue. The belt makes it look like your lower back is rounding some, but i'm not sure if it is actually rounding or now. Conventional looks fine aside from that. I don't sumo, so no advice there.

Reading your posts after mine indicates you know what you need to do. Hip mobility will be a big help. Strong hams can be misleading if the glutes are weak or tight. Here are a couple of videos that may be helpful for the mobility.
