This was just posted on the IPF Facebook page:

I checked it out, it's a bit glitchy just yet (it's pretty new), but it seems like a great way to track progress, etc. You do each training session individually, and it will let you see your total volume, number of lifts, number of sets, etc for each work out, and then you can track this as daily averages, totals, etc.

I dunno. I came across it a while ago. The owner - Walgemero or something like that has a handle on youtube and he subscribed to my channel and then I saw it on his profile and he's the owner and you know how it goes

There are quite a few bugs though. But I don't have any complaints
