Default Shoulder mobility for dips

I recently started doing dips, and noticed that I lack the shoulder mobility to reach parallel. Can anyone recommend any mobility exercises to improve that mobility? Or will the dips alone fix it over time?

Not sure, but perhaps Dips aren't the best choice for you.
Can you do full range Bench Press? How about Shoulder Press?
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Dips, but some people have serious problems with them.

Are you sure it's shoulder mobility and not tight pecs?

You can start by performing pushups with your hands further back as in this picture. Just as you probably cannot do the splits right now, performing dips may take some time to alleviate shoulder tightness from benching.

I have absolutely 0 problems with my ROM on the bench, same thing goes for shoulder press. Can't imagine it's a problem with my pecs. I hope it's something I can fix because although I am not yet very good at them I like the simplicity.
