Arash (vid editor, most likely uploader) links to partial squats video.

IMO, he's doing heavy top-half squats for the quads.

As Kali says, he's a body builder, not a powerlifter.. in the video all you see is isolation.
His body speaks for itself, he's huge, he's cut, he's lean..
and juiced right up.

I agree with this guy.

When someone does unconventional things or does things wrong yet is making progress, then who can complain.

If he builds his quads using 1/4 squats, great. I have seen plenty of lifters who have lifts that dont match their quads and vice versa

Including the large amounts of oil he seems to be lugging around!

Still he's obtained what he wanted to obtain I guess so kudos.

You guys got a point. Im not the squat police but what cracked me up is the HURRICANE OF SLAPS they give each other before each lift. I mean we use to bash each other real hard on the upper back or in the face but thats a hard slap to get the adrenaline going. All those soft girly slaps is just to fun to watch from that big guy =)

That's all fine and dandy, even though science behind quarter squats proves to cause and extraordinary amount of stress on the knees.

Even though taking into consideration he may not be experiencing the pain associated to the quarter squat, as most people will, do to his build/genetics/people being different, how do you explain why a man this size and so well built is struggling with relatively super light weight, baby!
