The Prowler is great for all kinds of things. . .

Conditioning
Work Capacity
Recovery Work
Strength Building
Builds Speed
Annoys Neighbors

I personally believe that if you are in good condition and health, you will use calories more efficiently, recover between sets faster, recover more fully between workouts, and avoid a lot of injuries. That in of itself can make you much stronger.

I'd get a buffalo (bow) bar instead of a SSB. Mine is hardcore. It is a longer bar, durable and less expensive. It will save your shoulders over time too.

Nice. I do love anything that is Hardcore! Is there any benefit to the bow other than the shoulder mobility issue? I was thinking SSB because of the way it strengthens your upper back by pulling you forward, and also for the core stability. I squat way less weight with a SSB than I can with a regular bar. Have you found that to be the case with the bow?
