Fav Exercise: clean 'n press
Fav Supp: wpc; nothing else
I've yet to try it. And if I do, I might well start by wrapping said thumbs in, what do they call it... something-or-other tape. Sports stores should have it, I believe.
It'd be nice to DOH heavy as hell deads, without increasingly resorting to straps.
At the moment, I struggle with 160kg DOH sans straps (~352lbs). My projected max is perhaps ~200kg (~440lbs). So yeah, bit of a gap there. :/
