Default Deadlift !!!

It's stuck... Not moving anywhere really. And a lifter I've known for some years suggested switching to sumo instead of conventional due to squatting strength and short arms..Any ideas??

As others have said, need more information if you want anything near a concrete answer:

Current training routine
Video of current deadlift and squat
Maybe even a video of you attempting sumo
Nutrition

However, there probably isn't a right answer between should you be conventional or sumo.
