And here I thought Crossfit took the cake with the Sumo Deadlift High Pull ...

Didn't watch the whole thing (the Crossfit video), but it seemed to me the ones doing sumo deadlift to upright row (which is more than one of them, most definitely) could probably pick worse things to put together.
Not sure though, because I've never done sumo deads, or upright rows. Or high pulls! LOL.
Also, never done crossfit or anything even close to it...
As for the image in the OP, if someone was elderly and infirm, might be a good weight to start with!

it looks like he could deadlift alot more, my 22 month old daughter could lift that and probley more (seriously she could)
