Haha, I'm glad someone finally just asked straight up if it's really Ed. Seeing as we've been graced with the "presence" of both Arnold and Tom Platz here at MaB, it needed to be asked.

But hey, we're pretty good with form critiques around here. Maybe we can help Ed add a few lbs to the ol' pull, lol. (There should be an official sarcasm font. I would definitely be using it right now. )

honestly if someone sent us a video or if someone posted a video here and directed it specifically at me I would critique it...

I want my membership site to be unique and the best... I was directed to these forums because I felt I could contribute and give back as well as be in a position to help others and see if there was genuine interest in people joining my website...

Best case scenario the site is awesome and lots of people join... worst case scenario and still continue to do what I love at this point which is share my knowledge and help the sport grow!

I am glad that I have been welcomed here to share and post (ideas, thoughts and videos so far) and that its been some give and take! Very awesome

First!

this is from last year when i had just started deadlifting. a 315 and a 365. I'm up about 40 pounds from this now, but i don't think i'm doing much different.

FYI - I'm 6'3" and about 210 lbs. I'm considering switching to double-overhand on all my heavy singles since i never have grip issues. I seem to have trouble with swaying sometimes.
