unless it was for a top ranking national total, I would just lift where I weighed. I weighed in at 314 last meet with all my cloths on haha. Prob could have made 308 if I had decided to.

Is this Mike Shultze? If so, how is the pec healing.

That is me. The pec is coming along nicely. My ROM is probably 85-90% with no pain just a mild stretch feeling. I really haven't done much for it except ice and stretching. Swelling is down a lot. The bleeding is starting to spread. I will start my rehab this week and I have the bonus of Donnie Thompson coming up to my new gym once a week going rehab stuff for clients. He said he's gonna work with me and get me back quicker. Compared to my torn pec a couple years ago this is mild. I'm hoping for a much quicker recovery.

I did a meet 10 months after my tear and hit a 25# PR on bench, in just over a year I did a meet and hit another 25# PR. I nearly completely tore my muscle near the insertion at the armpit, but I was luck to have no tendon damage.

That makes me feel good. I did a pretty easy 335x3 last week 6 months after. I was prob under 500lb raw when I tore it. So I figure I will get to 400 and add a lose shirt. Also, I really hijacked this haha.
