New PRs from meet yesterday. w00t
Only did pulls and bench, but it was a good day.
BW was 213
Pull was 415
Very excited about the pull since the last time I ran a max was last year before a back injury and that was at 405.
Thanks for all the advice about how to treat myself before the meet, guys. A huge help. Good to have support from an awesome body of people.
Here I come 1000 lb total!
