Found a squat rack, but not sure...
So those of you that have been following my log (and I really appreciate you doing that by the way)
Will know that I can't do squats at the moment because I don't have a squat stand.
Iv'e found one that I can afford.
its 200kg rated. Thats 440 pounds.
Is that good? Should that last me a long time?
Its only 56 pounds, reduced from 120 so its a good price.
Or maybe I'd be better with a rack rather than a stand. Lee told me there safer.
