Well f$#k me running, I been doing it wrong this whole time!! lol The calculator I found is way off... I just went to BlackIronBeast.com and used that calculator. I should of only been doing 230 for 3 reps. Now I feel like an idiot . Back to the drawing board!!

Haha, it happens. I'm glad your having luck with your new insulin.

With percentages, there are easy tricks to get you in the ball park. Remember you can find 10% of anything by moving the decimal point. So 10% of 275 is 27.5, which would mean that 90% of 275 is 275-27.5 which would equal 247.5.

That's how I figure my tips in restaraunts. I usually tip 15%, so I take the bill, move the decimal point once to get 10%, then cut that figure in half and add it back again to get 15%. Sometimes it's very helpful to have experience teaching math.
