Haha, it happens. I'm glad your having luck with your new insulin.
With percentages, there are easy tricks to get you in the ball park. Remember you can find 10% of anything by moving the decimal point. So 10% of 275 is 27.5, which would mean that 90% of 275 is 275-27.5 which would equal 247.5.
That's how I figure my tips in restaraunts. I usually tip 15%, so I take the bill, move the decimal point once to get 10%, then cut that figure in half and add it back again to get 15%. Sometimes it's very helpful to have experience teaching math.
