I think a lot of people would benefit from your advice on how to walk weights out.

I'm 6'8" tall and have issues with my knees getting in the way of the bar when I deadlift. The natural thing to do is to raise my hips so the knees get out of the way, but this results in the lift using almost entirely low back. I compete in strongman so sumo isn't an option. What do you recommend for keeping my hips down?

Default Stuck off the Floor

I can pull well over 600 if I can get it close to my knees but always fail off the floor on my conventional DL. I have been stuck in the low to mid 500s for ever at 200 BW. How can I get through this issue?

Thank you so much for your feedback Ed.

Kind Regards,
David

Hi Ed, with your wealth of knowledge how would you modify your powerlifting methods for muscle-building?
