When it comes to powerlifting I think its important that we understand that there is a ton of subtlety and that it takes years, heck maybe even decades to perfect your form.

With that being said you have to think of form as something that is fluid and not static. My own technique is far from perfect! I have to continually refine, redefine, and renovate both my technique and approach when it comes to powerlifting!

If we understand that and strive to be stronger within the context of this I feel we will be in a better position to hit out goals!

Just my 2 cents

I agree about form being fluid. I never feel my form is perfect. Weight is constantly changing things, and exposing things.

Form is something we should always be focused on. If you're training and not thinking about form improvement, even if you're a bodybuilder or in it for muscle building, it's going to catch up to you.

honestly perfect form doesn't exist. There may be pretty damn close to perfect but nothing is ever perfect. A perfect form to someone could be a form that will injure another person if performed that way, like maybe the other person has some kind of injury that prevents him from doing the "perfect" form.

just my .02
