twas a fine whatever it was, but was no bench english.

flame all you want, but that "bench" was ridiculous. I'll say that for any man or woman for any age with such a ridiculous arch. Sure it was within the rules, but that doesn't mean it wasn't silly.

If she does a 3 board press, all she needs to do is unrack the weight and hold it at lockout. that's why it's retarded.

has she squatted or deadlifted? probably not.

Here's an impressive female bench.

Problem with that is that the rules allow it. The rule regarding belly benching was brought in to make sure that benchers, women in particular, with a large arch were still benching a reasonable range of motion.

I showed this video to my 15 year old brother who has just started weights in his highschool. He was slightly ashamed. Lol.
