Least favorite Exercise or...

What is your least favorite exercise, group of muscles, or bodypart that you hate to train, don't train, or gets neglected?

Mine: Biceps and Abs

legs, quads hams and calves, these muscles grow so easily, but i love to squat and deadlift, so its hard to stop those exercises

Me too. I just recently added a couple sets of straight bar curls at the end of squat day in hopes that it will help my deads. I mostly rely on chins and pull-ups/downs for my bicep work.

Abs. Fuck those things. lol

My least favorite lift is probably bent over row. I rarely do them but make up for it by doing inverted rows, 1 arm DB rows, and ass tons of deads, and chins/pull-ups

Biceps and abs. I don't train abs. Hate them. And biceps...just don't really care. I have biceps that look like a potato (no peak), but I have thick triceps. I'd rather spend my time on the horseshoe.

And calves. Never train them. They are such a genetics controlled muscle. Those with large calves rarely need any calf work. Those with small calves often kill themselves for little growth.

It appears that we have a lot of similarities here so far. Im with AC, primarily to the "T" on everything. Too scary

I rarely do ab work and it's definitely my least fave.
