Default squat suits

Hey,
So i'm trying to find out an answer to a question someone has asked me. How do you stretch the hip area of your squat suit out? I know you can use balls for the legs, and the person has done that but the hip area of the brief is too small. I was just wondering if there is anyway of stretching it.
Thanks
