Fav Exercise: Squat
Fav Supp: Lactose-free Milk
Now, I realized tonight that with a wide stance, I can get to parallel with 225lbs vs 205lbs on narrow stance ass somewhat to grass for me.
What would you guys do, 5/3/1 sets with heavier weight/wide and 3x10 with the lighter weight/narrow? or the opposite
