2013 UPA Nationals
I'm officially in.
Getting in UPA Powerlifting & Bench Press National Championship tomorrow. Bringing 2 teens with me.
Minimum goal is 1715 total, 640 squat, 385 bench, 700 deadlift.
I think I could hit a 660 squat with a good wrap, and possible a 720 deadlift on a good day. So 1780 would be about my limit.
Wish me luck. Taking 2 teens with me, and anyone else that wants to squeeze in.
