Default My RUM Results

I did well, but still wanted to do a little better. My squat PR was lower than I intended because my opener was tougher than I thought it would've been, causing me to lean forward too much, so I took my 2nd down by 2.5kg. I deviated from my plan for the bench because someone was coaching me at the last minute, and told me to go heavier (2.5kg) based on the speed of my opener. Should've listened to my gut and went with what I had in mind, going into the meet, because I failed that attempt twice even though it was a couple of pounds under my paused gym PR.

My girlfriend got footage for me, but she didn't get my head and upper body in the video when I did my PR deadlift. I'll post it when I return from Tampa, tomorrow evening/night, or maybe the day after.


Squat:
468 (2nd attempt, good lift)
^ 3lb meet PR
Passed on my third


Bench:
275 (1st attempt, good lift)
^ 5lb meet PR
292 (failed twice)


Deadlift:
584 (2nd attempt, good lift)
^ 9lb meet PR
600 (failed)


Total:
1328 @ 165 (164.2 official bodyweight)
^18lb PR
