For now I just have a sandbag.

Last summer I got to flip a 400lb. tire. That was pretty cool. Not very challenging, but fun and something new. I want to get into more "strongman" type shit next summer. Hard to do that stuff out in the snow. lol

My 12 year old insist that I'm here personal man carry servant. 75lbs of deadweight. Next time she's going over my shoulder, and around the block at a jog.

Wait until the powerlifters and strongmen get here tonight. I'm sure they use some unconventional training.

BTW, I know Brooks doesn't train hardcore heavy anymore. Anyone seem his recent routine?

I once owned a sled, and did some sled pulling. But to be honest, I worked as a machinist, and did odd lifting everyday, so doing it at home wasn't appealing.
