Can you overhead press your bodyweight?
Can any fellow muscle and brawn members lift their own bodyweight or more with the standing overhead press?

Nothing in the gym is more impressive than a strong press IMO

I don't think so. I'm close but not quite there yet.

My best strict press would be 75-80% of my bw, not good enough but one of my goals is to hit a bw strict press by the end of 2013.

I don't train overhead press as a primary lift. My shoulders couldn't take it. I'm very impressed with anyone who can pull off a bodyweight press.

I'm not as heavy as some others at only 195 but i can strict press my BW for a couple reps standing. If i am seated i can press 225 for a few. Standing obviously requires a little more stabilization and pulls that weight down some.

Yes, weigh 235 and standing strict press 255.

Yes sir, bw 259, press 275-285 standing...haven't tried seated

I strict pressed 315 from a seated position in both the front and back while my bodyweight was 300ish.
