Bombing with the best of them...
 
Tonight i bombed on bench 4 times. Lol.

Who's done worse?

I bombed a 345 paused attempt, then added 5 and bombed again.
Then i bombed on the 3 board with 455, twice. Lol.

Now my pec hurts :-/

3 straight attempts at a meet with a weight I had tripled before! Then missed my first two attempts at the next meet! So 5 in a row total!

Haha. Thats what i was looking for. I knew somewhere out there was a man that could bomb better than me :)

Does hitting a 450 bench one week and failing at 405 two weeks later count as an epic bomb? I wanted to quit lifting and take up chainsaw juggling.

Just did it last weekend. Lifted in a fed I wasn't used to (feet and head flat at all times) and couldn't for the life of me figure it out. 396 lifted my head. Moved to 440 for a pr and missed twice. Big ass bomb

Sounds so familiar! LOL...You should practice burying the base of your neck in the bench, it will be impossible to lift your head. I bombed once in the Squat in certain Fed that makes you sit down on the ground before they give you a white light...LOL...655,685,685...done!

Yep...bombed twice on my squats at last meet...mind you I've squatted 100#more in training...smh

Once made a trip to the gym, benched a weight I should have had and got trapped under the bar...

No spotter, no safety bars and noone helped so I had to tip weight to side to escape...

I was so mad and embarrassed that I left...and i was only 2 sets into a workout
