just have some fun, get stronger, and quit wear all of your emotions on your sleeve. Save yoru aggression for the iron(or the bedroom).

Ironically I purchased my own weights also, but those heavy ones are some expensive SOB's. Id hate to have to buy them often cause I could set them down and they broke.

Can't we all just get along?

I'm feeling good.

Numbers are up again, and I mean buisness. Monday will see 215 for all three worksets at 3x5. That will be 15lbs to go. I think 25lb leaps is going to be my new short term goal hops for awhile. Nice bite size chunk of weight.

My delt press move is the one thats going to really be work. The numbers are moving up, and I'll get there but it's slower.

i ran into a problem on my last work out. went for some curl reps at 135 and ended up with a blood blister on my right hand. i don't want to pop it cause then it might tear but i can't grip heavy weight either. not a good start to this challenge for me.

deadlift is really progressing. just did 245x5x3. I think that goal will be easy in this much time. shortly after this "contest" i want to be deadlifting 300 for reps.

You'll be there faster then you think.

i know man, while sitting in church today, i was thinking about this, lol.

in 2 months i'll probably be repping 300 or close to it.

All the football players in my class are in the 300's for squat and deads for max and these guys out wiegh me by a lot (some of them wiegh 200ish). Im going to be up there with some of them, not that those are all that great of lifts.

Did any of you guys lift in high school and if so what were your lifts for the big 3?
