Post-Meet #3 and #4 both seem excessively long. Doing that would eliminate almost all major barbell movements for 4-6 weeks.

EFS is mainly for geared lifters and during that time they would normally use the ssb, spider or cambered, and the hex bar for deads.

Most geared lifters are only going to hit 2-3 meets a year so this makes a lot of sense as what the gear takes out of your body while meet prepping.
