SQUAT
I warmed up to 465 I think.
OPENER: 534 very easy
2nd: 600 not bad, but I did pitch forward just a hair and actually blew some of my air out at the bottom. Recovered though.
3rd: 611 REDLIGHTS. Got me on depth. I cut it short on purpose as I knew taking it too deep was a no no, but not a single white light was seen lol.

BENCH
I warmed up to 355 I think.
OPENER: 402 I swear i counted to 5 before I got a press command. Holy hell. This made me drop my 2nd attempt because I was worried he was gonna hold forever on the 2nd. Luckily he was very inconsistent and I got faster press calls on my 2nd and 3rd.
2nd: 435 went very smooth
3rd: 446 I asked my buddy after my 2nd what he thought. He says 457, I said hell no. So I says 446. Then all my other buddies and training partners say I shoulda went 451. I got 446 pretty smoothly. 451 probably woulda went.

DEADLIFT
Warmed up to 525 or something lol.
OPENER: 601 easy
2nd: 660 pretty easy
3rd: 677 by hell no. I had my buddy pick it for me. 660 was pretty easy so you woulda thought I woulda had a shot at 677, but I was just done.

Won my class and best lifter in the open.
