Yeah, Mike's last deadlift was worth the price of admission I can tell you. Everybody in the room was impressed! Cool to see that live.
He sent me my videos, so I'll post them here. Honestly, looking at them and remembering how I felt, it really wasn't so much form or anything. It just wasn't a great day for me mentally or physically even though I felt great. I just didn't lift as good as I felt.
still, there you go. Made progress. I know I am going to make more progress. It is what it is.
Thanks again for Mike for videoing for me. It was a fun day too, met some great people, got some good advice, etc. It was especially great to spend the time with Mike though and meet his family. HAHA! Funny for him to think we were competing with each other. He's in a whole 'nother league than me! I have no doubt we'll be watching him on TV one day.

Hack away at anything which isn't essential. Do what you love, and do it often. Fazc.
Everything competes for recovery so more assistance is not always the best idea. miked96
