Your max effort bench day is quite high volume, similair to your speed day, not critisizing just pointing it out but I remember reading an article where Lou points out the difference in volume between DE and ME day should be significantly lower on the ME day.

It's actually not really ME but sub ME when you do 5 reps.

Looks good mate, only thing I'd say is try and some at least some overhead work especially as you're going raw.

You mean as main lift or assistance? I have been doing it as assistance for the past five weeks or so, so in this cycle I only have it planned as assistence on ME day in week 3.

Would it be an idea to change week 1 max effort workout for this?
Bench ME:
2board press 5x5
OH press 3x1
30░ incline benchpress 4x12
Cable side raises 3x12 (dropsets)
Bentover dumbell side raises 3x12 (dropsets)
