When to implement boards
For example this is what i did yesterday, only had my two board.
Added two board
Now in my thinking today, i believe i jumped too high...probably should have went 425,430,440 for the boards. Anyways, I've racked my brain all yesterday and last nite. So i am looking to my MAB family for some help! Thanks guys and gals!

Well SB from my personal use over the last couple months I found after your initial warm-ups to go straight to a three board and work up to a heavy weight then drop down to a lower board. Doing it this way I found I can use more weight on the lower board cause your body has already handled heavier weight on the previous board. Has lead me to many PR's.
Traphouse all day no lunch breaks.

Try this SB. Do your raw work. Then do your first set with the last weight you did your raw work with. Then I would suggest smaller jumps until you miss your rep range. Something like this:
Last set raw was 365x3.
add 2 board
then maybe 10 pound jumps until you miss a triple.
Also if you use multiple boards in one workout, then start with the lower board and then go higher. Example, raw, 2brd, 3 brd etc.
This is how Sebastian Burns and Andy bolton had me do it so I am not pulling it out of my butt!
Heres a session I did in 2010 when Andy was prepping me for a meet to give you an idea:
390x3 (a little help on third)
455x1 (missed second)
bent over laterals 40 3x12
