Please critique my deadlift
Steve critiqued me last week. He said I had a tweener stance and I needed to set the bar all the way down and reseat my hips. So here it was today at 315

From the front view it looks good to me. From the side, I noticed the bar is rolling forward as you grip it. This is costing you leverage. If the bar rolls forward on you as you grab it, roll it back towards yourr shins and then rip it off the floor.

Congratz on achieving 3 PPS milestone. You definitely have more in ya.:mh:

Thanks for that. I noticed that too, but I didn't realize it was costing me leverage. I'll fix that.

Looks a lot better. Your hips look to be at a good leverage point overall. Like Jim said, watch that bar roll.

Other than that, pretty darn good.

We have similar body types. I can tell from your setup and follow through.

Steve, that's good to here because your an impressive guy in both physic and strength. Thanks for all the help. I'll probably post my form monthly to keep everything in check. Form and consistency seem to be a couple of the most important things in training.

You nailed it. That and listen to your body on any given day. Some guys go gonzo when their bodies want them to stop. I never did.
