You did a great job on your first attempt plus you won your best event and that's all you can ask for. However, I don't believe you EVER curled in the squat rack

Haha! Thanks Kuyt. And believe it or not, the trainer I hired when I first started lifting told me to curl in the squat rack because the serious people would be using the leg press. We don't speak of this guy much
