Kris, the elite total powerlifter in our gym gives as flak for being bodybuilders all the time. Its all in good fun though, he also shows a lot of respect as well but i have noticed a lot of
guys with that this or that makes you this attitude. For example Matt Kroc leg presses more then his 1000lb squat, dont think that makes him pathetic by any means.

I think this is about right, pretty sure it's Lilly that says he leg presses after deadlifts every session.

Heavy trap work with around and above my deadlift max gave me much better results than anything with lower weight. I gotta ask then, have you always done lighter work on your traps?"

B Lilly's an awesome lifter, he seems to have meant it as an attack on those that emphasize the wrong things, more than anyone that uses the movement. I'm quite sure that he's of the opinion that people should find what works for them more than following blindly.

Disagree. Unless you're a multi-ply gear-whore like Lilly, anyone can leg press more than they squat. Even if you're one of those guys, you should STILL be able to leg press more than you squat. Also, unless you're doing shrugs from the floor, anyone can (and should) shrug more than they deadlift.

Didnt he just go over 2k raw?

Do agree with the rest of that though.
