Compression shorts
Thinking about getting me a pair of compression shorts or full tights. Dou you use it and do you think its a good investment?

I have several pair both long and short...good investment? Yes in my opinion because of the fabric that keeps the muscles tight,warm...

I used to train with compression shorts as a foundation, but I thought that lifting federations didn't allow them in competition, so I quit wearing them in favor of an athletic supporter. I do love the security the compression shorts offer, and would recommend them. Good luck to you.

Any brand recommendations?

I wear Starter brand compression shorts, mid length so they don't ride up my ass. I wear one size down, even with the compression fit. They stretch quite a bit, and keep my legs from getting chaffed.

I'm picking up a few pair of premium shorts for when I get back to squatting post surgery, long enough to cover full top of leg for warmth. Not sure which brand, but I've been looking a few over. Also getting a compression sleeve for the lower leg, for lifting and daily use when needed for soreness.

I wear them, I feel they keep the muscles warm and seems to offer some support feeling.

I have some but need to buy tighter ones. I like them for recovery more than training.

Mark Bell is a big fan of 2XU and has some discount codes somewhere...
