Default How to measure for a bench shirt

how would someone measure the following for a bench shirt?

Shoulders:
Chest:
Flexed Biceps:
Fit: (Competition/Meet/Regular)

4 weeks out- Planned Attempts
Squat: 385/405/? lbs
Bench: 295/315/?
Dead Lift:455/500/?

Master Goal: Compete in 1 Lifting Sport!!! Completed Nov 16th 2014

All manufacturers seem to measure slightly differently. Follow the instructions on their website or ring Ken Anderson. He seems to help out Byrd and Ryano.

I would recommend calling Ken Anderson or email him, I just bought a shirt from him and I would have been off a size if I guessed myself. Shipped to Canada at a great rate also.
