lol,i;m doing this all the time,if dosent have enough protein i dont eat it or i eat more of it.

you know your a power lifter when you inner thighs chaff and regular waist size trouser don't fit over the top of upper legs no more

NOTE=I'm not a powerlifter but what i wrote above is of personal experience lately of squatting three times a week.
