Rep PBs for squat and stiff-legged deadlift
Yesterday, I got 140 kg (308) X 15 on squats. I think my previous best was 14 reps some years back.
Today, it was stiff-legged deadlifts. 140 (308) X 16 - was a massive rep personal best. I've done 182.5 (402) X 5, but I think I could improve on that now. Ideally I would have deloaded each rep, but hey, you can;t have everything. Plates were making contact and I don't feel I was bouncing.
Powerlifts: 500/363/573 @ 220 belt only
front squat: 403
dips: bodyweight + 176 x 4
military press: 232
