Default My Teenage Crew

My 13 year old daughter's bench form is really coming around. We aren't doing much work, and certainly no heavy weight, but I can see her stabilizer strength improving rapidly. She's really caught the lifting bug.



My 14 year old nephew has the bug as well. We're working on deadlift form. Stand up and drive the hips forward. Here he is making 185 look very easy. It is for him.

We use a scale of 1 to 10 to determine difficulty and try not to go past a 6.
