No idea, but I went and found a few links which may be of some interest. My issue with diet plans/templates is much as I find them interesting, I like the way I eat far too much to alter it.
The links above are okay, at first glance, so I'm hoping there are no weird links in them anywhere. They may be of use in that they may give you all you need to know about carbbackloading.
