Got a question
On work out days I take 20 pills an 4-5 shakes. What can I take to eliminate some of the pills?
4 pills of fish oil
7-pills of a GNC sports pack
6- pills of creating(once every other work out)
3-pills of a join
Real Food > Powdered Food
Thanks, that is going to save me a lot of money in the end :p.
