How do you make your oats?
 
1 cup oats
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
35g raisins
cinnamon
add some Walden Farms Maple Syrup sometimes as well

2/3 cup Old Fashion Quaker Oats
HUGE glob of peanut butter
little slab regular butter
cinnamon
honey
1 sliced banana
milk on top

When I ate them in the morning:

Oats + 1 scoop vanilla whey + sliced strawberries + one small scoop instant coffee.

Sometimes (diet goal dependent), I will throw in a cup of old-fashioned oats, with whey powder (strawberry), and frozen strawberry/banana smoothie (pouch), for a quick lunch in a large cup.
