Do you eat any animal products? I'm not sure of the different vegetarian classifications, but I know some will eat eggs and milk. These two can give you plenty of protein. If no eggs, milk and dairy have a LOT of good protein in them.
Otherwise, you may need to plan your meals very carefully and be sure to eat a variety of legumes, whole grains such as quinoa, and do some research on other vegan protein sources.
