Default Coffee or Hot Tea?

Are there benefits of drinking hot tea rather than coffee, or is it really just preference?

I enjoy the taste of coffee, and the caffeine, but I was just curious because tea has caffeine also; however, I don't know if it's comparable to that of coffee.

I'll go with both--coffee in the morning and a cup of tea in the afternoon/evening. Any way to get caffeine is OK with me.

Love them both. Coffee packs more caffeine per cup, tea is less acidic. I start the day with coffee and get through the day with tea. Love green tea!
