There's good amounts of potassium in a multi-vitamin. The daily recommended about is about 5 grams, or at least that's what I've always heard.
Raisins, potatoes, spinach, tomato soup all have potassium in them. I think the amounts are not very significant, but coupled together they'd probably get you a decent amount. Bananas are the best though.

Potatoes have more potassium than banana's they just aren't as easily prepared thats why there not as promoted as are banana's for it.
Potato = 620mg
Banana = 358mg
