Default Potassium

I have been getting very bad calf cramps that extend into my leg. I suspect that I do not get enough potassium. Besides bananas, what are some good sources for potassium in foods?

There's good amounts of potassium in a multi-vitamin. The daily recommended about is about 5 grams, or at least that's what I've always heard.

Raisins, potatoes, spinach, tomato soup all have potassium in them. I think the amounts are not very significant, but coupled together they'd probably get you a decent amount. Bananas are the best though.
