Meal 1
1 cup oats
1 cup applesauce( unsweetened)
30g raisins
cinnamon
1 tblspoon natural PB
6 slices turkey bacon
1 cup eggwhites
or
4 slices wholegrain toast
pure honey
1 tbspoon PB
3 whole eggs
1 cup eggwhites
3 slices turkey bacon

Meal 2
8 oz chicken
2 cups brown rice
1 green bell pepper
some form of sauce

Meal 3
2 scoops whey
16 oz milk
30g almonds

Meal 4
8 oz Beef
8oz sweet potato
brocolli

meal 5
2 scoops whey
16 oz milk
30g almonds

thats pretty and all...but uhm

please post the macros and cals of each meal, as well as the overall cals and macros per day.
also, what are your goals? bulk? cut?

its 310 protien 365 carbs and 80 fats give or take a few grams for bulking.

goals-215-225 lbs
