Starting a list of foods that are excellent for body builders and ones that are not. Post yours as well.

I believe this is more for general muscle building, non-competitors.

Good...beef, eggs, whole milk, butter, cheese, fruit, veggies, seafood, pork, game meats, almonds and nuts, etc.

Bad...too much sugar, flour, chips, cookies, cakes, crackers, Ding Dongs, Ho Hos, whamdoodlers, snozwangers, etc.
