When reading labels what should you look for?
Depends on what kind of label..
I look for different things in different products. Example, I wouldn't look for protein on a fish oil label. That may sound a bit obvious, but that's the basic idea.
What products are you thinking of?
Anything over 80 proof :march:
I check for total carb vs fiber & sugar
Fat break down
Ingredient wise: non-natural ingredients like MSG of HFCS. I won't buy much anything with extra starches or sugars added.
