I forgot there was rinsing my mouth with salt also as far as my sodium yesterday. I didn't swallow it but there in absorption threw the mouth and under tongue.

No weights, just light band work for R/C rehab, no cardio, all nutrition.

Had time so posted results.

markievicz was only off by a total diffrence of 1.1, he nailed the LBM and % right on and was only 1.1 off on body weight.

5k very close with only 1.7 total. .4 weight, .3 % and 1 on LBM.

LtL well he had more faith in me than I pulled off. 15 lbs in 4 weeks was a lot to pull off.

I lost 7.2 lbs, by the same calculations 2% BF and 3lbs LBM in the 4 weeks.
Averaging 1.8 lbs a week.

Now I know I didn't loose that 3 lbs of LBM because at the start I was full (wet mass), NOW I'm dry and glucagen depleated, what they call FLAT (drier mass).

No pics because I look the same as the last ones. When you are lower to start with, you don't see a real lot of changes untill you get real low and stereations come out.

Now real world. I am more like 9% BF not the 5% as the calculater comes up with. But I use it because the amount of loss will be same if its 3-5-15 or 0.
